Igino V. Pellizzari

Igino is the Principal and Sole Proprietor of IVP Design Studio. He has been involved in Building Design, Design-Build Contracting, and Land-Use Planning and Consulting for over thirty-five years in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as on various international projects. From 2004 to 2012 he was a Principal and Director of Design of the architectural firm Studio Abitare located in Emeryville, CA.

Igino’s current practice scope includes remodels and additions, new single family homes, multi-family residential projects and subdivision master plans plus major mixed use development programming and conceptual design consulting.

While the work product is diverse, the projects are linked by a focus on creating places and spaces that support our social fabric, human nature and life aspirations whether at a personal level, family level or for the greater community at large.
